Alison & Ray’s Joyful Summer Wedding | St Mark’s Church & The Acacia Suite

What a day! On one of the hottest days of the year, Alison & Ray tied the knot in a wonderfully uplifting and energetic ceremony at St Mark’s Church in Shavington, surrounded by their nearest and dearest.

From the moment guests arrived, there was such a buzz of excitement (and maybe a bit of sunscreen), and as the ceremony began, you could feel the love and joy pouring from every corner of the church. Alison and Ray radiated happiness—it was infectious!

The celebrations continued at The Acacia Suite in Willaston, where friends and family shared laughter, stories, and some seriously good dance moves later on! We headed out into the sunshine, seeking out the shady spots for group photos while everyone enjoyed the warmth (and some much-needed drinks!). There may have also been one of the largest clouds of confetti I’ve ever seen—an explosion of colour and celebration that perfectly captured the spirit of the day. The whole day was a reflection of who Alison and Ray are—warm, joyful, and surrounded by love.
