Chris & Olivia’s Wedding Day at the Manor House, Alsager

Chris & Olivia’s wedding was such a beautiful and intimate celebration, shared with their closest family and friends at the Manor House Hotel & Spa, Alsager. The venue was beautifully dressed and decorated by Charlotte and the team from It's all about me me me.

The morning prep was super relaxed, with Olivia completely chilled and ready in perfect time (despite only having had 2 hours of sleep the night before!). She looked absolutely stunning, and it set the tone for the rest of the day.

The ceremony, conducted by the lovely team at Your Ceremony, was filled with everything you’d want – plenty of heartfelt tears, warm giggles, and those emotional little moments that will stay in everyone’s memories for years to come.

Despite a forecast that promised plenty of rain, the weather played in our favour and we managed to sneak outside for group shots in the gardens. We even captured some gorgeous portraits of Chris and Olivia before heading in for the speeches.

The speeches themselves were touching, funny, and very much personal to the couple – though I think we all spotted that Chris may have had a little help with his words! Afterward, the Singing Waiters made their grand entrance, filling the room with music, energy, and dancing – they were such a hit with the guests.

As the evening unfolded, the sunset was simply breathtaking. We whisked Chris and Olivia away to the spa fields for some golden-hour portraits, and the images are just magical – the perfect way to round off such a special day.

This wedding was extra meaningful for us, as it was also our last wedding at the Manor House Hotel & Spa. We’ve been photographing weddings here for almost as long as we’ve been in business – at least 15 years – so it was a little emotional to say goodbye.

We’re not only thankful to Chris & Olivia for trusting us to capture their incredible day but also to the wonderful team at the Manor House – Michelle, Jess, Jack, and so many others – who have looked after us over the years and made every wedding day there an absolute joy.
