Our Last Wedding of the Year — Laura & Reece at Keele Hall

Last week, we had the pleasure of photographing our final wedding of the year, and what a beautiful day it was to close the season. Laura & Reece chose the stunning Keele Hall for their celebrations — a venue we know and love — and despite the rain keeping us indoors, the day couldn’t have been more perfect.

If anything, the weather gave us the chance to really show just how incredible Keele Hall is for indoor photography. Its elegant rooms, atmospheric lighting and endless little corners meant we had no shortage of opportunities for gorgeous, intimate images.

A 4pm Ceremony Filled With Emotion

Their ceremony took place at 4pm, wonderfully conducted by the team from Staffordshire Registrars. It was warm, personal and full of emotion — exactly the kind of ceremony that makes you forget the world outside and focus on the people in front of you.

The Keele Hall Team — Outstanding as Always

We always say how fantastic the staff at Keele are, and once again they proved it. From looking after guests to making sure the day ran flawlessly, they were attentive from start to finish. It’s such a joy to work with a venue that cares about the couple and the suppliers in equal measure.

A Couple Who Deserve the World

Knowing a bit of Laura & Reece’s journey made the day even more special. They’re a couple who have been through their tough moments, but have come out of them stronger, closer and more ready than ever to celebrate with the people they love.

And speaking of people they love — their family and friends were amazing. One of those weddings filled with genuine joy, proper belly laughs, and that sense of everyone rooting for them.

And Then There’s Little Valarie…

What a little star she is! She was passed around from cuddle to cuddle, and there was no shortage of guests queueing up to get a photo with her. Watching Laura & Reece with their beautiful little girl was the sweetest reminder of what these days are truly all about — family.

A Perfect Ending to a Wonderful Year

Finishing our year with this wedding felt incredibly fitting. A gorgeous venue, a brilliant team, a couple with hearts of gold, and a room full of love — we couldn’t have asked for more.
